I was debating with myself over posting this in a blog, but what the heck. It's been enough time. If you didn't buy the double DVD of Pirates 3: At World's End, then you may not have gotten the card with these questions and answers. There are potential spoilers for the AWE movie, so read at your won risk!!!
Pirates Secrets Revealed
1. What does the future hold for Will and Elizabeth? Now that he's captain of the Flying Dutchman, is she going to wait for him?
True love never dies, but their story is yet to be told.
2. Since Will honored his destiny on the Flying Dutchman, in 10 years, doe he get to return to land for good, thereby freeing his father and crew?
Every 10 years, Will may step on land for one day. He is bound to the Flying Dutchman forever.
3. Why did Calypso explode into crabs?
As a heathen goddess, she's able to take many forms. Since the pirates attributed the crab as her symbol, she chose that form.
4. If Will's father isn't dead and can travel with his son, why can't Elizabeth see Will on the Dutchman?
Will's father is not alive -- he and all the other crewmen on the Dutchman are in a state between the living and the dead. Elizabeth will not survive the journeys where the ship must travel -- so she is not able to join the crew.
5. How and when was Will resurrected?
The Dutchman must have a captain. Having stabbed the heart of Davy Jones, Will must assume his place as captain of the ship. Will is resurrected once the Dutchman crew cuts out his heart and after Davy Jones falls into the Maelstrom.
6. Barbossa was Captain Jack's first mate, so how can he be a Pirate Lord?
At some time in the past, the Pirate Lord of the Caspian Sea passed his Piece of Eight to Barbossa. That is a story yet to be told.
7. Did Tia Dalma bring Barbossa back from the dead because he was a Pirate Lord?
Yes. Tia Dalma/Calypso needed all the Pirate Lords in order to assemble the Brethren Court, so they could release her from her human bonds. Calypso resurrected Barbossa and tricked him to retrieve Jack Sparrow from Davy Jones' Locker and summon a meeting of the Brethren.
8. What's Calypso shouting when she's freed from her human bonds?
She's yelling insults at the pirates in her native tongue.
9. How did Prison Dog escape Pelegostos Island?
He rode on the backs of sea turtles lashed together with his fur.

Another Day
So we went to Sea World today. It was only 87 degrees, but it was miserable. Usually, I'm saying "This isn't bad," since we are "used to" 100+ degree weather. However, it was so humid in San Diego today that I felt like I had sat in the Soak Zone all day!! We got to the park, and it turned out that TODAY was the Fun Card blackout. I had a child's ticket that We first went to Shamu's Happy Harbor. The only wet thing working were the guns on the boat. I guess I misunderstood, and yesterday (Saturday) was the last day for the wet fun. Oh well, they got wet and had some fun. We then went to Shamu's Believe, and After, we walked a bit, and then went to the Dolphin Show. Again, Little Sis by this time was starting to get a little fussy, so we got a churro, then went to eat. However, by the time we finished eating, she was just too crabby, so we left. It was about 5-ish. Not too bad. Five hours at Sea World. On the way home, we stopped at Walmart so that I could get my workout clothes. I tried them on tonight, and I felt well supported. LOL I get to run a mile and a half on Wednesday. It's not that bad, since it's half the 5K I'm running in November. I'm looking forward to training for that. I also bought an arm band for my iPod and a stopwatch so I can time myself. I also bought a new pair of running shoes. I'm all set!! Hopefully San Diego will be a LOT cooler and a LOT less humid in November than it was today!!! Hope everyone had a great holiday Sunday. I was thinking today, and upon realizing it was September 2, I also realized that it was a year ago today that my best friend Christina died. I kept thinking of her, and how horrible and tragic her death was to those who loved her. She's missed by everyone. So tell those you love that you love them. Because tomorrow may never come. Peace out my homies. | ||

This week
Just a little update on this week in my life. It doesn't seem like I was just at Disneyland on Sunday.
Anyway, school started on Monday. I have three classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. PE, US History, and English. I also have one class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and that's Biology.
I was also offered a tutoring job on Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays. I'll be working about 15 hours a week at the local High School, tutoring math. I am looking forward to this a lot. :) And the extra money every month will be great, too.
I just wanted to give everyone who reads my blog a little update on this week.
Upcoming in the next couple weeks:
--Start working on Tuesday.
--Disneyland Half Marathon, where I am volunteering on Sunday, Sept 2. Then, we're going to Disneyland on the 3rd, where we'll meet up with a few friends on my Disney internet board (www.laughingplace.com).
--The girls' birthdays are in October, so we'll be going to Disneyland again on October 5 & 7. We'll be having their "Birthday Party" at Plaza Inn on Sunday the 7th, where we'll be meeting with some friends from the above mentioned internet board.
Hope everyone had a great week and will have a great weekend!!
Peace Out.

Disneyland Today!
We checked out of the hotel at exactly 7am, and by the time we had gotten some breakfast and got to the parking structure, it was 7:15. We parked very close to the crosswalk in Pinocchio, and ended up on the tram at 7:40. We got through the bag check and in line by 7:50, and when the gates opened at 8, we managed to get in the front of a line when additional gates opened.
At 8:10, we entered the queue for Finding Nemo and waited about an hour and ten minutes before we actually got on the Sub. After Nemo, we headed over to California Adventure and were there for the rope drop at 10. We headed to Paradise Pier to ride California Screamin. We were on Screamin in under 10 minutes. When we were getting ready to go, guess who I saw?? Lesmisfan! He was working and looked like he was having SUCH a great time!!! :) After the first ride, I wanted to go again, but Damon didn't, so I hopped in the single rider line. Two rides in a row is my limit!! I was sporing a headache from the screaming, so I took some Tylenol and continued my day!
After Screamin, we went to The Tortilla and Bread Factories. We got 2 corn tortillas and 2 pieces of bread. Yummy! After the bread and tortilla factories, we headed back over to Disneyland. We got some iced coffee, then rode Pirates. We didn't get wet on the waterfalls, but the cannon blasts were exceptionally high and soggy!!
After Pirates, we went to the Golden Horseshoe to check to see if any of the group was there yet. They weren't, so we rode the Jungle Cruise. After the Jungle Cruise, we went back to The Golden Horseshoe to eat and watch Billy Hill. I loved the Billy Hill show! After Rebekah mentioned it on one of the podcasts, I've always wanted to watch it. It was amazing! I'm sure them playing one of my favorite songs (The Devil Went Down To Georgia) helped. But they were a hoot!!!
After Billy Hill, we went to Pirates Lair. I honestly wasn't impressed. But it was hot, and I wasn't up to exploring much. I think next time we go, in October, we'll take the girls over there, and let them explore, and I hope it'll be more impressive.
After Pirates Lair, I was hot so I went into the single riders line at Splash Mountain. On And Off In 10 Minutes, and only one half of my right leg and my right foot were wet!! Whoo-hoo! I then got a caramel apple to eat while waiting. At 3, we met everyone for the Bats Day Haunted Mansion Meet. That was a blast! After we got off Haunted Mansion I called for a Pirates Meet.
After signing WaistcoatedRabbit's HM Meet sign (which was awesome, by the way!) we headed on over to Pirates. We were on in less than 15 minutes or so, and I had fun. (I always have fun on POTC!)
After Darkbeer showed up, so I could meet him in person, we had to leave to get back at a decent hour so I could get some sleep before school starts tomorrow. :)
I had a fabulous time! It was neat seeing all the "Bats" and meeting the LPers! It was great to see Lady Starlight, TinksBestFriend, Alexbook, and Lesmisfan again! And it was awesome meeting WaistcoatedRabbit, Poohbear14, Dave, LuLu (who I actually met waaay in the morning while in line for Nemo!!!), and Darkbeer! I can't wait for more meets! Come on, people, plan 'em up! LOL
For those that couldn't make it, you were missed!!!

Just a Monday Blog
Wow. I have so much to do this week. And I have no motivation.
I have to finish all the laundry. Finish cleaning the kitchen to make room for the groceries I'll be buying next week. I need to finish the girls' bedroom. And I need to clean my own room.
I wish I had a maid.
On another note, I'm doing really well with the no soda thing. Since I haven't been going to school, or even going out, no fast food, which makes it easier to not have soda. I've switched to iced tea, though. And water.
I'm bored. Someone email me. Or call. Or IM me. Whatever. Anyone else bored??
I miss Disneyland.

Weird
So I heard my phone beeping last night, which meant that I either had a voice mail or a text message.
I had a voice mail. I checked for missed calls, and there were none. Sometimes I have no service, so people will call, then when service is available, my phone will ring through my alert for the voicemail.
So I check my voice mail, and it's just the Star Wars theme song! No one spoke at all. So I pressed "8" which will call back the caller. Option not available. Which means that the person didn't have their number available to caller ID.
It's so weird. I have an idea of who it could be, but this person hasn't called me in a long long time. We've texted back and forth a bit lately, but not much otherwise.
So, if you're reading this, and you left me that voice mail, 'Fess Up!! It's bothering me!!! LOL

TV News - Actress' Killer Stabbed in Prison - AOL News
SAN FRANCISCO (July 28) - The man convicted of stalking and killing actress Rebecca Schaeffer in 1989 was stabbed repeatedly by another inmate in the prison where he is serving a life sentence, corrections officials said.
Robert John Bardo, 37, suffered 11 stab and puncture wounds Friday at Mule Creek State Prison in Amador County, authorities said. He was treated at University of California, Davis, Medical Center and returned to the prison, officials said.
"We have a number of high-notoriety cases, so we cannot jump to the conclusion as to whether his notoriety was a factor in the attack," said prison Sgt. Chris Weathersbee.
The slaying of Schaeffer, a former teenage model who co-starred in the 1980s sitcom "My Sister Sam," helped prompt anti-stalking laws. She was shot when she answered the door of her home in Los Angeles.
According to trial testimony, Bardo, then 19, was obsessed with Schaeffer, and sent her letters and tried to visit her. He obtained her address through a private detective, who got it from the state Department of Motor Vehicles.
Bardo was housed in a maximum-security unit for inmates with sensitive needs, including former gang members, notorious prisoners and those convicted of sex crimes.
State Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation officials said he was stabbed in the prison yard while inmates were on their way to breakfast. Two inmate-made weapons were found at the scene. The suspect in the attack was identified as a man serving an 82-years-to-life sentence for second-degree murder.

What's wrong with me?
So I have this friend. We'll call him Fred. Fred and I became friends during the Fall semester last year. He was taking the class we had together with another friend of his, and the three of us studied together. He and I became closer, but we agreed not to "do anything" out of consideration for our friend, and others in the class.
During the winter break, I met someone, and we're dating. My feelings for Fred waned, but we're still friends.
Spring semester this year. We take another class together, and we're still really good friends. I can pretty much talk to him about anything. But someone I'm not really fond of (we'll call her Betty) was also in our class. Semester ended, and then Summer Session came around.
While Fred and I were talking, he mentioned that he has started seeing Betty. So I still want to hang out with him, but now she's there.
Well, yesterday, she pissed me off (if you make me think I'm wrong, then I find out I am, indeed, correct, I'll be pissed at you too) and now Fred is trying to make me feel bad for being insensitive. WTF????? Uh-huh. Don't go there.
So I walked out on him while we were hanging back in class (we're taking a class together right now, too), and not only am I pissed at Fred, at Betty, and at both of them for just being together, but I'm pissed at myself for being jealous. Why do I feel the need to feel jealous?
Well, jealousy is insecurity in a relationship. It doesn't have to be intimate. So now another person, who is helping Fred where I was helping him has come around, and I'm feeling jealous. I like Fred, and he's a really good friend. But I don't want him to start ignoring me because Betty and I can't get along. But I think I'm going to have to tell him, if he asks, that while Betty is there, I will not be.

Interesting Fact
I've always said I learn much more from Jeopardy! than I can actually get correct.
The Pledge of Allegiance was written for school children to recite at the Chicago World's Fair's dedication in 1893.
Bet you didn't know that, did you?
If you did, then you must have watched Jeopardy! last Tuesday.

Nothing exciting
Well, I kind of fell into a slump with my blogging, didn't I?
I'm sorry.
I'm in my final week of the Summer Session. I have a speech to give (not done), an interview to turn in (not done) and a math final (on Thursday). The speech is due Wednesday, and the interview is due tomorrow. I'm very confident with my Math final.
Once I finish this week, I'm going to be giving my house a major floor-to-ceiling cleaning. I want to start the Fall semester with a clean house, and enough room for Big Sis and me to do our homework.
I will be picking up my sister from the Airport on the 11th of August. YAY! My girls are excited to be seeing "Auntie"...yet they are still arguing as to whether she's in Georgia or Colorado!!! It's funny!
On a totally different topic, the Teens on the Jeopardy! Teen Tournament do not look like teens!!!! What the heck?
And, I just found a visitor in my room. A cricket. Niiiiiiiiice. Not. Off to kill him. Eeeewwww.
Peace out, my homies. I'm off to bed.

My Stupid Ex
I called my Ex, telling him that I can get Big Sis a round trip ticket to fly from San Diego to Oakland for less than $200.
He goes off, saying she can't fly alone until she's 15 (Not true. Southwest's Unaccompanied Minor minimum age is 5). He also says that she can't stay with him because he has no room (she has no problems sleeping on the floor), so she'd have to stay with his parents. But they're in Wyoming.
@@ If he doesn't want to see her, why doesn't he just say so, and stop making excuses?
Jerk.

Local Landmark
This is pretty cool. It's about 3 miles from where my mom used to live (Niland, California) and it's even visible on Google Earth and Google Maps (Look up: 1st St, Niland, Imperial, California 92257 and then follow Main Street all the way East. You'll see a white spot in the middle of the desert, after Beal Road curves a bit north).
The creator of Salvation Mountain has been featured in the San Diego Tribune ( Mountain man | The San Diego Union-Tribune ) among others.
There is now a locally produced DVD and other souvenirs from Salvation Mountain. If anyone is interested just let me know!!!!

Disneyland 7-4-07
The girls and I left the house at 8am, to go pick up my boyfriend at his house. We then left to drop my 2 year old off at my grandma's house. We reached her house at 10-ish, and then left for Disneyland. By the time we parked, hopped on the tram, bought our AP block out passes and entered the park, it was 1:10pm.
The first thing we saw was Goofy in front of the Firehouse. He must have just arrived, since we had a minimal wait. The girls in front of us asked me to take their pic, and Goofy rested his arms on their head. The CM who was assisting Goofy said he was acting silly. Goofy took great offense to that, and the CM was acting like she didn't know why (maybe she didn't!!). Anyway, I said "No, Goofy..you're not being silly, you're GOOFY!!!" And he ran over to me, raised my arm in the air, and started jumping up and down. Fun!
After that, I went to City Hall and left my message for the LPers who may show up to the park.
We then walked over to Adventureland. I got 3 Fastpasses for Indy, then we went to Pirates. The wait was only about 5 minutes. I was surprised, since it was a holiday.
After Pirates, we went on Haunted Mansion. We had just seen the movie (with Eddie Murphy) the previous weekend on The Wonderful World of Disney, so it was fun riding the ride, looking for the elements used in the movie. We (BF and I) decided that the Mansion in the movie must have been modeled after the Florida version.
After HM, DD and I were hungry, so we bought some ice cream. We figured by the time we finished, it would be our FastPass time (2:50pm). We walked back to Indy while we were eating, and, like I had planned, by the time we finished, it was 2:54. DD, BF and I waited about 15 minutes to ride. It was BF's first time riding, too. The previous times we've been to DL, he's opted to stay with my 2 year old while my 5 year old and I rode (which has only been the last 3 or 4 times, as she just made the height requirement).
When we were done with Indy, we decided it was time to eat. I thought it would be nice to ride the Monorail, which was repainted to look like a Nemo Sub. When we got to the Monorail entrance, The Nemo Monorail had just left, which meant that Monorail Purple would be the next one into the station. There was a small crowd waiting to board, but since we were waiting for the Nemo one, we were the only ones left. We asked to ride in the front, and were told that if no one else got up to the front before us, we could ride (we were waiting by the front anyway). While we were waiting for the monorail, I took pics of the Lagoon and the Matterhorn. I also took pics for LaughingPlace Live. (http://www.laughingplace.com/Live.asp?I1=User&I2=Tinkerbell10601) We finally made it onto the Monorail, and riding in the front is a BLAST!!! Especially riding over DCA and through the Grand Californian. We disembarked at DTD and then had to decide where to eat.
Alex wanted to eat at Rainforest Cafe, but I had forgotten my Safari Club Card, which would save us some money (I wasn't worried about waiting for a table, since it wasn't crowded). We had a bit of a meltdown at Tortilla Joe's, since Alex wanted nachos, but I wasn't paying $6 for plain nachos. So BF and I ordered ours, and I told Alex I'd buy her a pretzel with cheese when we got back to Disneyland.
The original plan was to ride the Monorail back to Tomorrowland, but we started walking and window shopping, and ended up closer to the Esplanade than the DTD Monorail station. Oops. :) While we were eating, though, an LP'er called me!! He had gotten my message at City Hall. So when I got back into the park, I called him back, and we arranged to meet in front of the train station. It was about 5:30 at this time, since people were already starting to line up for the parade.
So we met TinksBestFriend!!! He's so nice, and gave DD an American flag, and one for her sister, too. We chatted about the benefits of Premium AP vs. SoCal AP (since BF, DD and I have already visited twice on blackout days...DUH to me). We also talked about the upcoming meets and past meets. We talked until about 6:15 or so, when BF, DD and I decided to ride the train to get around the upcoming parade. We entered the train station, then asked to ride Engine 1. We were told that they were refueling, so we would have to wait. We waited and waited...finally, we decided to just ride the next train. We made the full circuit, and at Tomorrowland, a family boarded, and started talking about watching the parade. It was approx 6:35, so I told her that the parade may have already started. However, by the time we got back to Main Street, the Tink float was just passing in front of the train station. The 3 of us hopped off, but DD didn't want to watch, so we were able to get right back on the same train.
We got off the train at NOS, and decided to camp out for Fantasmic. It was a little before 7 at this point. Not too crowded in front of the Rivers of America, so we were able to get a great spot. DD and I sat for a bit, then decided to get some snacks for the wait. We went to the Mint Julep Bar and bought a bagel and coffee for BF, and DD and I decided to share the fritters. DD then got chocolate milk, and I got an iced mocha.
While we were waiting, we talked with some people around us, and I ended up talking to another LP'er, although she said she isn't active anymore due to her WebTV not being compatible with LP. It was nice talking to some of the fanatical locals. :) Next year, I have decided, if I can afford it, I will be getting the Premium (of course, then I have to buy 3).
So Fantasmic! started, and it was amazing!! They made some changed that really enhanced the experience. I was in awe the whole time, but managed to take some good pics. Immediately after F!, the Remember...DCT fireworks started. It was nice because some of the effects that are on the Castle during R..DCT were also on Pirates' Lair (formerly Tom Sawyer Island). The fanatical locals I mentioned above (including DD and me this time) were muttering the dialog and singing the songs along with the soundtrack to the fireworks. And, immediately after Remember..., was the 4th of July Fireworks. The whole hour was just amazing!!!!
After the fireworks, we headed to Critter Country because DD and I had to use the restroom and the ones in NOS and closer to Main Street we knew would be crowded. I noticed upon walking to the CC restrooms that the wait for Splash Mountain was 10 minutes. Perfect! I thought. So I used the restroom, and then told DD to wait with BF since she didn't want to ride. I hopped in line, and waited less than 10 minutes. When I got to the front, I was informed of the Single Rider line, which I knew about, but didn't know you had to enter through the exit. Oh, well..the line was minimal. So I rode with some very nice people, who were enthusiastic, and I didn't get wet!!! The girls in the front (the very front was wearing a white tank with a black bra...ooops!!!!!) got SOAKED!!! HAHAHA. :)
After Splash, we went over to Nemo, to see how long the line was. 120 minutes. *sigh* not this time. So we got in line for the Matterhorn, which is amazing at night, BTW. After that, we headed out, and made it out of the parking lot at midnight.
All in all, the best 4th of July I ever experienced!!! Minimal waiting in lines, not too crowded (no more than when we went at the beginning of May). Temp was gorgeous (84 when we arrived, which was the temp at home at 7:30AM!!!). We met a couple LPers which is getting me psyched for the Big Meet on the 17th. Great day...pics to come!! :)

I am NUTS!!
I am going to do the unthinkable. A Disneyland fanatic like myself should know better. I am just asking for trouble.
I am going to Disneyland tomorrow. I'm sure it's going to be an experience, seeing the Disney version of 4th of July Fireworks. I'm excited, but I know it's going to be crowded. CROWDED.
Alex has asked to ride Nemo, but I'm sure the lines will be LOOOOONG. The nice thing? It's only supposed to be 89 degrees. Here, it's supposed to be 118.
I'll report back with a full trip report when I get back. Hope everyone has a safe and sane Independence Day.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...don't drink and drive.

Fun site
If you are the least bit of a Disney fan (movies, parks, trivia, etc), you will love this website. I post here, and play a fun & active role, especially on the trivia boards.
There is also a podcast, which is awesome. The 4 who do the podcast are so fun and lively and knowledgeable about Disney.

Took a load off....
I just cleaned my living room. I told my oldest to pick up her toys, and then anything left on the floor was going to be thrown away.
She told me she was finished, and then I managed to throw away 2 FULL bags of garbage. Mostly garbage, but also toys, dolls, shoes, coloring books, crayons, markers and books...so much crap under there I was floored.
The girls didn't bat an eye, and I was more upset about throwing that stuff away than I was. Some of the stuff was stuff I had bought them when they were sick or hurt or it was stuff from Disneyland or Sea World.
So they're not getting anything anymore. If you are family or friends, and you are reading this, don't send my kids any more stuff. If you feel the need to buy them anything, buy *ME* something nice so I can be a more relaxed mom. Or better yet, send me on vacation.
Heaven knows I need one.

Sick...again
Ugh. I am sick. Again.
Damn sinuses. I hate living in the desert with the dust and the dry heat and the smoke from all the burning fields. I cannot wait to move next summer. Of course, then I'm going to the city with the smog. I'm used to that, though. :) Being a city girl at heart and all.
My baby's doing a little better. She's been on antibiotics for 24 hours. She's still congested, but it's the same thing I'm dealing with. We're living with Vicks Vapo-Rub and lots of Kleenex. Decongestants and allergy medicine just don't work for us.
The baby just peed on the bed. Because she's got the whole runny nose thing going, she's thirstier than normal. And then she fell asleep on my bed before I had her use the toilet. Oh, well. I have a spare mattress made just for these types of situations. I stripped the bed, and then swapped the mattresses. I'll wash the sheets tomorrow and then re-make the spare. Those are the drawbacks and precautions that come with having a newly potty trained 2 year old!!!!
We were planning on going to Sea World for the 4th. But I talked to my dad today, and they're just going to be spending time at home, along with my Nana, and then watching the fireworks in Temecula. I'm debating on where to go. Going to my dad's will save money and probably be less stressful, but maybe not, since my Nana will be there. She's not always the sweetest Nana around, and I think she's not too fond of my girls. They're very touchy feely and loving, and she's not one for physical affection. At least she wasn't when I was a kid.
Anyway, it's late, and The Amazing Race 7 is just getting good. Hope y'all are having a great weekend.
Peace Out.

Impetigo
I took my 2 year old to the ER today.
For the last week, she's been congested, and the mucous has cause blockage in her nostrils. When we'd clean the blockage, her nose would bleed very bad.
She got a prescription for antibiotics and a decongestant.
I looked it up online, and apparently, it's common in kids, especially during the summer, and since her poor little nose had already been irritated, the infection just exacerbated the problem.
The only problem is that it's contagious, and I think she got it from Big Sister. I thought I was just cleaning boogers, but apparently I spread it from Big Sis to Little Sis. Since Big Sis let me clean her nose more often and put ointment on it, hers is better. Little Sis fights me, and boy is she strong. I practically have to sit on her to clean her nose. And then she cries which creates more mucous which just starts the whole cycle over again.
*sigh* I hate summer here. The heat is so bad and dry that our skin gets horribly dry which causes rashes and then we scratch and then we get sores. And no amount of lotion helps. Especially my little one, with her already sensitive and dry skin. Poor baby.
I'm off to Target to get her rx filled. I hope she'll beat this soon.

The wonderful life I lead
Today was a good day.
Not much happened.
I had a test in my Math class, and finished first. Not surprising, I've always been good at taking tests. I know I did really well.
I also managed to get all my papers organized in my binder. For the last two weeks, I've just been putting the papers into a folder at the back of my binder, and it finally got to me. So I organized my binder and now I feel 100% better.
I also managed to get all the garbage out of my house. Usually, it's one room at a time, but today, I put all the garbage out. Another relief. My sink is still full of dishes, but I'll work on that tomorrow. :o)
I have a bit of homework over the weekend, but not much. Just some Math problems, and also to find visual aids for my Speech. Not too bad.
My plans for tomorrow are as follows:
1. Get some laundry done.
2. Meet with the landlord to get next year's lease completed.
3. Take the kids swimming.
4. Put the kids down for a nap.
5. Finish the laundry.
I'm also going to work on finishing Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire this weekend. I have 22 days until Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows comes out, and I still have to finish books 5 & 6.
I'm really looking forward to re-reading Half Blood Prince, and finishing it right before I read Deathly Hallows. I'm very excited to see how the whole saga ends, but it will definitely be bittersweet. No more books to look forward to. I can only hope that the next 3 movies can do the books justice. The preview for OotP looks really good. Can't wait to see that, either....in TWO WEEKS!!!!
Ok, so I've rambled on. I shall thank you if you've reached the end of this blog. No one ever reads my blogs on MySpace, so maybe I can get more of an audience here. I promise to make them semi-interesting. I'll be posting a Disneyland trip report after my July 17th trip, so at least you'll have that to look forward to.
Take care, my readers. Peace Out.
